Tammy looked stunning in her wedding dress as elegant as a blushing bride can be. Rich was all too cool in his tuxedo as he resembled a sharp dressed man in distinctive apparel. The cool wine atmosphere of Ironstone Vineyard with breathtaking scenery was all a brides dream of the perfect wedding.  The family and friends that came from afar to celebrate with Tammy and Rich were all to amazed and relieved that this little town of Murphys, California gave more than just a Gold rush. It gave feeling of togetherness, which is something quite rare these days…Everyone had a good time with Tammy and Richard Bloomfield.      

In this 6.2 miles I bursted into the race in my new lunaracers (made by Nike)  They allowed this 46 year old to tear up the certified course in 41 minutes and 55 sec.  I took first in my division of 40 – 49 year olds. take a look….

Oh, Yes, the air was full of aroma. The scent of Garlic in the air.  A thousand different booths to choose from, and every one unique with their own recipes made with Garlic .  Gourmet Alley is where the magic happens, as foods such as Calamari, Pesto, Peppered Steaks, Italian sausages, sauteed mushrooms,  Garlic Ice Creams, and more.  The Annual Tri-tip cook off was a chefs challenge at the grill. The men came out of the woodwork to play.  Apple wood was one, white oak was another, mesquite , and other fruit woods of secret.  ALot of the contestants brought their very own barbeque’s on wheels, some in giant drums, some were mechanical, and some were very unique smokers, even as far as little hibaches.   The judges were very adament about not being bothered during the judging.  A cool guy named Bob won the event. And my friend Rhonda won the Rib cook off.  After that the party got wild.

July 18th,2009 This was the latest of the wedding receptions that I’ve done in Butte County.  The casino does an excellent job at creating an upscale atmosphere with lots of options.  I’m positive that Kevin and Mary will have some great memories of their special event.
